Bridge the gap between academic curriculum and applied work

A dedicated (optional) course in the university curriculum to allow an internship (4-8 weeks) at a company. The student sees how he / she can apply the knowledge in a company and learn how a career at that company might look like. The company can motivate students to pursue a career at their company and as such guarantee an influx of newly graduated students.
USP: 
First-hand experience for students to get acquainted with industrial setting.
