In order to identify and engage key stakeholders in the areas tackled by Science2Society, Bert Pluymers (coordinator) put the project on stage at the Spring Meeting of the European Automotive Research Partners’ Association (EARPA) in Brussels on March 15th, 2017. In front of more than 100 collaboration driven R&D practitioners from all over Europe he outlined the vision and mission of the project. He also highlighted different ways of becoming part of it. Potential roles sketched range from continuously following the project outcomes up to taking an proactive role in the pilot activities.
This was yet another stepping stone towards the creation of an extended network of valuable contacts and synergies that will allow S2S to maximise the impact of the project and assist the “movement” towards open innovation and open science.
